We verify the completion of home study programs through an assessment that demonstrates that the participant completed the program. No partial credit is awarded for incomplete participation.
We ensure that materials used in home study programs are and remain directly relevant to the program content, and must reflect current information, research, and professional knowledge.
We conduct systematic reviews of our program materials every three years to ensure they remain current, relevant, and reflect the latest professional knowledge. Subject matter experts are involved in this review process. We have established criteria for updating or retiring materials based on relevance to the program content; reflection of current information, research, and professional knowledge; participant feedback; legal and regulatory changes; and usage and engagement metrics. Materials that no longer meet our quality standards in these areas are promptly updated or retired.
We ensure that all program materials do not violate or infringe upon any privacy or intellectual right of any other party, including copyright, trademark, or license rights.
We maintain complete and accurate copies of records for all programs for a period of at least 5 years.
None of our presenters or participants will disclose client information unless proper informed consent has been obtained for use in a continuing education program. Composites of real-life case examples are commonly used in continuing education programs to provide examples or facilitate role plays or discussion while maintaining confidentiality.
We conduct all programs in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and similar state, federal, and local laws. We provide appropriate accommodations to program participants with legally-recognized disabilities, including physical, visual, and auditory disabilities.
To request accommodations, please contact us at info@psychedelicaffirmingeducation.com. Our team will guide you through the process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. We will evaluate all requests and respond within 10 business days.
